Apple Sauce Chocolate Cake
Annette BelnapJane, one of the members of the prestigious Saucy Apples Club told me about this recipe for chocolate cake using New England Apple Sauce Gala Unsweetened Apple Sauce. The resulting cake is moist and also gives you that extra feel good factor of taking a lot of fat and calories out of the cake but retaining all the flavour and texture you would expect from a deliciously wicked chocolate cake
