Return & Refund
We use the most convenient and reliable carrier for your orders within Mainland UK. Standard Delivery is usually dispatched within 1-2 working days, although we endeavour to dispatch earlier than this where possible. Please see below for more information.
All shipping charges are set at £3.00 for all orders.

VAT & CUSTOMS/IMPORT CHARGES FOR ONLINE ORDERS
As these orders are paid for in the UK, VAT is payable on all online shop orders regardless of the final destination country. We keep all international surcharges to a minimum where possible, but this charge is not something we have the ability to waiver.
Orders (including gifts) may be subject to unexpected local taxes / customs charges. Customers are responsible for these costs and should ensure they are happy to pay them prior to ordering. If you later decide to reject the goods, when a customs charge is applicable, we reserve the right to deduct shipping and any other costs incurred prior to processing any refund.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Orders received by 3pm Monday-Friday will be processed the same day. Any item ordered after 3pm, at Bank Holidays or the weekend will be processed and dispatched the next working day. Please bear this in mind with our delivery times.
As soon as you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email from us and you will receive another email when it has been dispatched. Please note that the tracking number included in this dispatch email may take a few hours to show in the courier’s system so don’t worry if it doesn’t show you the details of delivery immediately.
If you are not in when delivery is made a card will be left with contact details for you to arrange another delivery. Should these delivery attempts fail, the goods will be returned to us and full credit for the product will be issued to your account, minus the delivery charge.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
To return goods, the customer is liable for all return shipping costs except in cases where goods are faulty, in which case they will be reimbursed to the customer. Once the goods are received back in our warehouse, a refund will be processed for the goods, minus applicable shipping costs, unless the return concerns faulty or damaged goods.
In the case of damaged packaging please provide a photo of the damaged goods and contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
In the case of damaged goods, we will either send you the same items again if they are available or issue you with a full refund, including postage, whichever you prefer.
